PBS is comprised of 5 specialty trades: concrete, framing, drywall, flooring, and hardscapes that focus primarily on new construction multi-family housing developments. Each specialty trade is developed by general contractors who understand the necessary skills for each construction phase.
Our highly qualified team with both general contracting and subcontracting experience, allows us to bring detail, consistency, and accuracy to provide our clients with a comprehensive proposal and construction plan. We believe preconstruction is a collaborative approach to establish the foundation on which the entire team will successfully execute the project. Our preconstruction team can work with stakeholders to understand the project needs and design intent.
